    Description

Very nicely made reproduction of a Rangers Belly Pouch, as seen in French and Indian War paintings thru American Revolution. Made of 6oz cow leather correctly tanned for the period, its about 6 inches wide, gussets on both sides allow enough access to fit ball and shot as well as flints and musket tool. Leather is cut from brown dyed cow side and hand stitched in my shop with waxed linen cord and rubbed with beeswax, loops will accept belt up to 2 1/2" wide. Buckle is square as one of the common shapes of the period. Correct for Ranger or civilian impression of the period.
