Freshly graded - pristine new holder. Don't settle for a banged-up, scratched-up, and "down on its luck" holder.
Since I'm not a member of the country club - or them fancy coin associations like CDN - that means I can cut off the price.  I know some people like to pay extra just knowing it comes from a fancy society member though. It's your money though, spend it however you like.  I'm just a coin collector selling his duplicates at reasonable prices.

I've seen some sellers characterize this as being rare and I'm not sure if that is due to ignorance or willful deception. I have no trouble finding the 1997 Seahorse R2 on the international market and on average they are priced the same as raw coins as any other silver R2 that was produced prior to 2010.  Be sure to note
mischaracterizations
