Description
There is 2 Pounds of this glass. This has been tumbled, dry, in a Hornaby case vibrator then tumbled for a week in a MJR rotary tumbler. Again, it was tumbled dry.
Then I let the pieces sit on in the rain for a few days to get most of the grit off. Then I individually washed off the rest of the grit by wiping down each piece by hand.
I don't sort the pieces. I break a bottle, put it in the vibrator and then tumbler and you get what you get. The only piece I take out is the bottle neck, usually. Every once in a while I'll leave the neck in if it's been broken down small.
So you might get some interesting pieces in the lot. I don't sort through to lok for 'nicer' pieces to sell separately.
TO give you an idea of the exact colour of the glass: this is a Bacardi rum bottle. The first several photos you see are the pieces when wet. Notice how the bottle is now frosted. That's what happens when one tumbles glass.
I would call it a mint-green colour.
