Description

Purchased at an antique store in Pennsylvania back in 1988 when I was in my 20's.   It was tarnished then but I thought it was an interesting piece.  I have no idea which country it is from or what the metal is.  It is fairly heavy.There is a tray on which sites a cigarette box, ashtray, and in between the two the matchbox holder, I presume.
