DISNEY the HAUNTED MANSION LP 1969 Ultra Rare - Undocumented Matrix 3947 VG /G+

As a record buff, I am confident this exact variant has never been documented.
The vast majority of this record is the STER-3947 variants. The standard 3947 in plain white is less common. Most of the standard 3947 pressings are the mono pressing. There is only one documented 3947 stereo pressing. The runout of that pressing is STER-3947.
This pressing is a white 3947 stero pressing but does NOT have the STER-3947 runout. Instead, it has the following run-outs:
Side 1: ST 3947-2A
SIDE 2: ST 3947 2B
I am a record buff and checked all 10+ record variants to ensure this hasn't been documented. If anybody has documented this I will be sure to lower my price.
In the meantime, I am posting this as an ultra rare record I am confident it is. While this LP is only a VG, it's exquisite rarity makes it the ultimate prize for any collector. This may be one of a kind!

Grading:
Vinyl: VG: There are scratches and the record will need a cleaning before play. I added an additional inner sleeve to further protect the record.
Jacket: G+: Some pages of the book are loose from the binding. There is some ring wear and some binding wear. 3 imperfections=G+.
Grading standards:
Vinyl:
M: unopened, sealed in shrink. I don't grade open vinyl in this category.
VG++: Looks great, sounds new. Can have one 2 inch hairline scratch or 2 hairline scratches less than an inch each. Often, I grade NM records with no scratches in this category because I do not grade NM!
VG+: May have some light scratches. Does not affect sound quality.
VG: Has alot of scratches. May have slight affect on sound quality. The primary example is crackling that can be present on quieter sections.
G+ or G: I generally wouldnt sell these unless the record is ultra rare. These can have pops or crackling even over loud sections.
Sleeve:
M: Sealed, no storage wear.
EX: Sealed, slight storage wear such as minor ring wear.
VG++: Still in shrink, no damage.
VG+: May have one small imperfection such as some fading on the binding.
Vg: May have 2 imperfections such as ring wear and a signature.
G+: has 3 imperfections such as ring wear, signature, and a tear on the binding.
G: Has 4 or more imperfections. Generally is not a great sleeve for collectors. Usually structurally intact so it can still hold or preserve the vinyl
