I work hard to bring you one of a kind hand-made item and inspect every piece before dispatch. All sales are final and we don't accept returns, this is a customized and personalized product and can not be resold.
If you receive a damaged item please submit the proof (image) and we will send a replacement, you must notify within 14 days.
